COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

 

  • To guarantee safety of our audience and staff we are working with the Philadelphia Police Department to create and execute a best practice based safety system that will keep our staff and audience safe, mitigate the risk of infection, minimize the potential for workplace contagion, and monitor the health of our staff to meet or exceed local and state health department requirements.
  • Measures included in our plan:
    • Contactless ticketing
      • No cash changing hands
      • Online ticketing or RSVP for free events
      • Scanning tickets through automobile windows
    • Audience requirements
      • Audience members must stay inside or close by to their cars unless going to the restroom or the concessions (if/when concessions are allowed)
      • Audience members must wear masks when outside their cars
      • Messaging on our website and onsite instructing audience members to not attend if they are not feeling well or believe they have been exposed to COVID-19.
      • Audience will be instructed to only open driver side windows of their cars as an additional precaution
    • PPE for staff
      • Masks worn by all staff during the event
      • Gloves available to all staff as required and/or requested by staff
      • Additional PPE for staff as required by state and city guidelines
    • Hand sanitizing dispensers available for staff and audience
    • Social distancing enforced by staff and security at restrooms and concessions (if/when concessions are in operation)
    • Minimizing interaction
      • Event operations are designed so that staff social distancing is maximized to the greatest extent possible and comply with all state and city workplace guidelines
      • Procedures have been updated to reduce or eliminate items that must be touched by multiple staff members (e.g., technical equipment) through engineering and administrative controls
    • Sanitation
      • Sanitizing restrooms with PPE-protected staff
      • Sanitizing high touch equipment
      • Trash removal crew with PPE protection
      • Staff health monitoring and sick leave
      • Greenwood Collective will provide a COVID-19 screening, including a temperature check, upon arrival to the work site
      • Advance planning for COVID-19 testing to ensure staff easy access to testing if required
    • Safety and Security Staffing
      • Each event will have dedicated ushers and security officers tasked with maintaining social distancing rules in the audience and in lines for restrooms and concessions (if/when they are in operation).
      • Ongoing training will be provided to all Rooftop staff members on safety as new procedures and policies are required by law or health department recommendations
      • Lead technicians will be trained to support the practice of safety policies and procedures for technical staff
      • Lead venue manage will be trained to support the practice of safety policies and procedures for front of house staff as well as audience safety procedures
